Sentanase — Brand Naming, Identity & Packaging
Creating a brand from the name up
Sentanase is an over-the-counter allergy relief brand designed to provide a clear and recognisable identity within the competitive hay fever and allergy market.
For this project, I was involved from the very beginning, developing the brand name, visual identity and packaging for the product.
The challenge was to create a brand that felt trustworthy and professional enough for a healthcare product, while still being approachable and easy for consumers to recognise.
From name to visual identity
The project began with the development of the Sentanase name, creating a distinctive and memorable identity that could work across a range of allergy relief products.
The visual identity was then developed around the original one-a-day allergy relief tablets, establishing a clear and consistent brand system that could be extended as the product range grew.
The branding needed to communicate reliability and effectiveness while remaining accessible to everyday consumers looking for relief from allergy symptoms.
Building a flexible packaging system
With the core identity established, I developed the packaging for the product range, creating a consistent visual language that could work across different formats.
The nasal sprays were designed as an extension of the original tablet range, ensuring that both products felt like part of the same family while remaining easy to distinguish from one another.
This created a flexible brand system that could be applied across the Sentanase range as the product offering developed.
The result
From the initial naming exercise through to the finished packaging, Sentanase was built as a complete brand rather than simply a product label.
The result is a clear, recognisable and adaptable identity designed to give the brand a strong presence within the allergy relief market.
From a name on a blank page to a complete product identity — creating a brand ready to grow.
